Don't Be Seduced by Worldly Philosophies

So many "hollow and deceptive philosophies” can seduce Christians away from the gospel. They risk making us idolatrous: completely overshadowing our love for God.

Here are some dangerous ones, along with groups that might be more susceptible.

Brothers and sisters, let’s be formed and informed by the Word of God, not algorithms or social pressure.

Colossians 2:8 instructs us: "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ."
