It has a god (self)

a moral code (be true to yourself)

rituals (self-care)

worship (self-love)

sanctification (self-help)

preachers (self-help gurus)

sin (being inauthentic to yourself)

and salvation (self-actualization)

PS - It's also a very ancient religion. Genesis 3:4-5, “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

But Jesus describes the remedy: Matthew 22:37-40, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
